 Rin-program, across subspace, into his own memory banks. Crazy, but okay...

 ...but then all of these weird things.  Linking up with Microns,
 entering their interdimensional, intertemporal mind-linkage, outrunning a time
 wave, plunging into hell, meeting the famous Green Lady...

 "All stuff from our briefin', Hype.  And he's obviously hallucinatin'."
